Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton can be interesting case studies in how the way they are photographed can make such a dramatic difference in their appearance. At one end of the spectrum is Kate Beckinsale, who looks like a million dollars just throwing on a pair of sweats and taking out the trash. Paris and Lindsay are at the other, sometimes, despite lavish photo shoot set-ups, they just have the horse face going. But two recent shoots of the gals shows that they can bring the look under the right guidance.

The nasal cavity look is a bit much in Lindsay's pics, but the departure from her usual heroin-chic ingénue look is refreshing. She's well made for that retro fashion stuff. And though the hair helmet Paris is rocking in one pic is a miss for me, the overall look is hot for her.
Nice to see from these two for a change.
